Participating in the Smile Hilliard Membership Club is easy! Before you sign up, keep in mind this plan is for uninsured patients only. Membership fees must be paid to activate the plan, and services must be paid for at the time of treatment for the discount to apply. Unused benefits do not carry over into the next membership year.
