A life-long Ohioan, Katie thrives in her position as Patient Care Coordinator at Smile Hilliard. With over 10 years of experience in the dental field, she knows the importance of finding kindness and understanding in all she does. “I love waking up every day knowing that I help patients navigate care in a way that is best for them,” she says.

Katie is passionate about her role at Smile Hilliard and strives to help create the smiles that we take care of – it’s her ‘why’. “Working with a team who prioritizes each patient is huge! Our patients get world class care here, not only from a clinical perspective, but emotionally and financially too. We are all truly here for the right reasons, she adds.”

Never one for a dull moment, Katie is always busy gardening, hiking, camping or travelling to exotic places, festivals, and music venues with her husband, Vincent. She also loves entertaining friends and family at home.
